Exclamation Looking for a programmer

Hope im not breaking any rules here,if i am im sure someone will tell me.
I am looking for a programmer to do the back end to my gambling site on a shared partnership basis.Once ready to go on line I am proposing to sell the site.Interested-then I look forward to hearing from you.cheers

There is a forum here for hiring programmers, but I suspect that partnerships (with any payments at some fuzzy point in the future (if at all)) are not going to appeal to developers with enough experience to give your site a chance to be secure, scalable and reliable (not to mention back-door free).
