looking for a programmer or programmer cum designer - paid

Hi,

Basically i am looking to get a new design of www.planetwicked.com done , with a new brand name. I have set up an auction for this on, rentacoder, but most bidders, only know design and cant integrate it with the php code of the site. So basically what i want is, a php programmer, all he will need to do is, integrate the new design with the code, all code would be provided (planetwicked is owned by me). so i can askk the designer, to make the template, cut the HTML code, and give it to me, then the php guy will integarte the code with the front page, and give it to me, and then the designer will work on all other pages, which will require little editing...like the birthday reminder page, etc. (the header, footer and the left bar would be same for most pages). Integrating should be an easy job, as all code will be provided.
