Looking for an Online Tech for customer support.

Hello, i am trying to hire some online tech support to help customers as they enter the site and don't know very technical things. What i am looking for is:
-Someone who knows servers well enough.
-Someone who understands cPanel and all of its features.
-Someone who can Professionaly speak to customers and don't have any chit chat with them unless its business wise and not small talk.
-Someone who can help decide what type of server proves better if a customer cannot decide between a gaming, Total control etc.
And they can just sign in and help customers if there are any while i cannot.
Right now i cannot pay. But i can offer Webhosting. (Sorry no resellers.) All i'm asking is for some to be a basic tech and to answer basic questions. If the customer gets too technical, tell them to email us.
