Looking for ASP.net programmer (small project)

I need an routine for e-gold payment verification. This routine must be written for asp.net using VisualBasic.
This routine must return only "TRUE" - if payment is succefull, and "FALSE" - if payment is cancelled or error occured. So, no visual inteface to user and DB operations are required.
