Looking for browser game graphic designer (this is a paying job)

Having gone through a multitude of people who insisted that certain graphics were "theirs" (and of course were not) I'm looking to hire a graphics designer for my browser based game.

Graphics include varying images from 15x15 to 30x30 and with the possibility of banners and edging for tables and buttons as well. I need a LOT of images, but I must view something of your previous work first. I don't require an exclusive contract for any graphics, I'm really just hammering away trying to find someone competant.

Graphics include:

Swords
Armor
Faces (race images)
Monsters
Trees
Castles
And varying other fantasy related images

I am looking for a mature designer over the age of 18 with talents specifically in "anime style" drawing. This initial work will be for payment on reciept for each image (or batch of images) and could work out into longterm contracting later on.
