Looking for partner to develop desktop marketing applications

I’m looking for a programmer who is open to work on profit split basis. I want to develop desktop marketing related applications to be sold to small business.
I am working with a creative designer, content writer, link exchange team and have more than five years in internet marketing and doing business online.
