Looking for Pocket PC Visual CE or HanDBase Programmer

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to write a program utilitizing a Pocket PC 2003 SE database program that is capable of form/subforms or parent/child records. This program will be for storing data about clients while onsite and then sync up with an Access 2k3 database. Multiple Pocket PCs will sync with the same server-based Access DB.

I can handle the Access stuff for the most part, but I'm looking for someone who can really make this work.

Timeline for this project is ASAP.
