Looking to hire flash games developer

Hi,

I run a reasonably successful text based online game. Here is the address:
http://www.republic-online.net

So far, it is only text based, however I am looking to expand and get some flash games on there too. Now I have started to learn flash but it would probably be better to hire someone from here.

Before you read this, I recommend you sign up to the game so you know what I am on about.
The site consists of many pages all doing different stuff. Basically I just need players to be able to play flash games and recieve game bonuses for doing so. Similar thing as in neopets, you have a random flash game and if you get above a certain score you get neopoints.

Now, hopefully I will need more than one of these games. They do not need to be complicated. For example, along the lines of objects falling from the sky that you need to catch at the bottom by running along the screen. Not very hard to make. Or, say having a grid where occasionally on each square something pops up, and you need to hit it on the head. Or, using your mouse to shoot moving objects.

All very simple stuff, all I need is that players can play these games, and the end score is submitted to a php page where I can record their score.

I hope this is clear. So, anyone that can do this sort of stuff, reply to this or email me at helios@republic-online.net
I would like to see examples of your previous work. I will pay a fixed amount for each game that you produce, the more you make the more I pay. Please anyone who messages me, tell me what amount you would expect to get per game that you make.

Hope to get lots of replies...

Pete
