You have a static website that you want to improve with some interactive features? You can create simple webpages or know someone who can do it for you, but you don't know how to make your website dynamic/database-driven? Then maybe I can help. All you need is PHP/MySQL hosting and a small budget to cover my services.

So, feel free to write to me with info on what needs to be done. If it doesn't sound like something totally boring to do, I'll prepare a small demo for you, and if you like my work, we can discuss how much you'll have to send me (via PayPal or Western Union) after work has been completed.

I'm based in Europe, so if you're looking for a local web developer, I'm not the one.

Please, don't send me letters asking all kinds of biography questions -- tell me what you want and then you can have my demo. You don't have to pay me before you see the thing completed, so I'm the only one with something to lose.
