Mambo OS programmer wanted!!

Hi, I am looking for one or more programmers to do some Mambo Open Source components.
I deliver specs, text and graphics and you do the code. The components has to be 100% compatible with mambo os.
I don't care where in the world you are situated, but I can't pay a high hourly rate right now... but maybe that will change in time
