I have a large client in Detroit looking for a JSP/Oracle version (J2EE on Netscape Server 4.1) of an application we've already written in PHP/MySQL (fully commented, but limited documentation). This contract will pay very well && lead to more work with the same client.

We would require several in-person sessions, but the majority of work will be telecommuting.
