We are seeking a highly qualified individual to lead the ongoing development of databases which house our core corporate data and support its supply chain management technologies. Currently, our custom-built technologies manage an electronic exchange which handles $10 million of volume per day, a catalog of almost one million healthcare products, and a portfolio of 2,300 proprietary contracts. As we grow, our technology requirements are becoming more sophisticated and demanding everyday. We require a professional to help us address the expanding data challenges of our company and our industry.

Scope:
Design, implement and optimize database(s) to support healthcare management software
Write stored procedures to support database activities
Manage the release process for all database environments
Support data manipulation, generation, and cleanup requirements of the organization
Manage evolution of database environments throughout the software development cycle
Support needs of the Engineering and Professional Services departments

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
3+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience as a database developer or database administrator
3+ years of MS SQL Server experience
Java, HTML experience
Demonstrated experience with software development process and release management

Desired:
BEA Weblogic, Crystal Reports, EDI, Embarcadero tools, electronic exchange technologies
Consulting, Healthcare experience a plus
