Multi Forum Hosting Script

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I'm looking for someone to code me a multi forum hosting script. As a PHP Coder, I'm sure you've heard of the sebflipper script back in the day. Basically, I want to set up a company where people can register a free forum. If possible, it should be optional between phpBB3 and SMF. If anyone could patch up and make the old IPB 1.3 software more secure again, it would be welcome.

The script should contain a directory, administration panel, etc.
I have a few out dated scripts I could show you if you're unsure what this is about.

In the future when new software forums are released, the script will need to be updated, if you're up for it, you can update it and we'll pay you for it.
