MySQL Database Needed

I am in need of a MySQL database designed, preferably, with a web/gui interface designed. In addition, I would inquire as to whether it is possible to enable it to manage three or four different websites so that I could change the information from a web based form. For example select the webpage and it automatically connects to that database stored on that web server. Lastly, I would need it to handle a heavy amount of pictures and automatically optimize them to my specs.

Please let me know if this is all possible.

What information do you need? I have gotten 5 estimates already on the information I provided. Was it not enough information for them to give me a solid quote?

Lets put it this way, I can write a web based business portal for $600 but I will not build customer relation management(CRM) for that price.
Both are web based database projects but scopes are completely different. So your project definition will bring rough estimates.
But offcourse that is my humble opinion, maybe other very experienced web developers have better cost/time estimate technics.
