Need a PHP/MySQL Programmer

I think it is the fact that I didn't post any details in my previous thread that made things go strangely idle, though some people replied, they simply didn't uphold the communication.

So let's try this again with more details.

I need someone who is profficient in PHP/MySQL to finish a script I wrote. Here is what needs to be done:

The script handles an online community. All the files and images and other stuff is held in a directory for each user. The entire script is complete, all I need is for someone to add the following to it, because I don't seem to be able to achieve this myself.

- When a user signs up, directory is created in the root of the server named with their username.
- a modification must be made to the file manager so that the user is able to create directories.
- A modification must be made to the file manager so that the user is limited to uploading files with the extensions that I specifiy.
- When a user uploads a file to a fresh directory, the script must check it's CHMOD and if necessary change it (to 777 I guess) to avoid the 'cannot copy file to directory" error.

I don't need to see your portfolio (though that would be nice), all I need to know is whether you can do those things and I need to know your price. Please use the PM to contact me. It's hard to reach me by MSN or AIM.
