Exclamation Need a PHP Script fixed Asap! small error!

It has been working fine, then our server had to be restored from a backup now I get the error:

server crash?

Was the server rebuilt? I'm guessing so, and I'm guessing cURL or cURL libraries were not installed. I'd check this first.
Otherwise, I'm also available... very familiary with linux servers & php.
