Need a Windows Printer Driver developer

We are looking for a Windows programmer/consultant who has experience in writing a Windows Priner Driver. Much of the base codes and algorithms are available in a open source project devoted to Unix environmnet. We would like to bring the codes to make a Windows Printer Driver for Epson Stylus Photo R1800 inkjet printer.

You can see the open source in the Gimps-print site.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-print/
Their tested and released driver includes Epson R1800. In porting this driver from Unix environment to Windows shell, we need some modifications to suit our commercial needs.

Will compensate propperly. This is an intense project and you need to be able to devote proper time to this project. We have good project spec written for your review if interested.

We are located in Southern California. Thanks.
