Need an experienced PHP developer

Looking for experienced PHP programmer to work within a team setting to develop a web based project management and database system. Must provide some recent work examples to demonstrate experience level.

Requirements (flexible):
- 3+ years of PHP programming experience
- 2+ years experience in relational database design & web database integration
(preferably with PHP/MySQL)
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience designing user-friendly interfaces for complex web applications
- Experience working with Unix/Linux server environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

Living in the Balto/Wash area is a plus, but not required. If not local, should be available to communicate regularly via telephone/email.
