Looking for a few web developers

Looking one or two web developers to create and maintain small commercial sites.

Experience putting video on sites is a plus.

Should be able to design a site from a Jpg website image already created.

Experience creating Flash front-ends is a requirement

Possible long term business arrangement if rates and quality are acceptable.

Would this be working onsite or offsite. I'm interested if offsite/work from home.
