Need expert in crystal reports 9

I need some help on an hourly basis for the next 2-3 weeks. Please let me know you experience with crystal and sql and also a rough estimate of your hourly rate. We have 40 - 50 repoprts that need to be updated from 8 and 8.5 to 9 and also some basic re mapping.
