Need Freelance Partner (PHP)

Hi,

I am quite a busy php freelancer. At the moment, my workload has just gotten too big. What I need is someone, with a good (very) knowledge of PHP, with whom I can enter into a long term relationship, taking on parts of projects.

I would effectivley subcontract work directly to you. If you are interested, you must have a good knowledge of php, a paypal account (essential), ability to connect to my server, MySQL & MSSQL knowledge*. Also, an email account, msn, and a good knowledge of English or French (although you must code in English).

It would be good if you could be active from around 17.00 - 02.00 GMT, as I work late, this means about 6ish in Wisconsin, Michigan e.t.c and early morning in Russia, Japan, e.t.c.

It is really difficult to include all the info, as I don't really know what to say, I have a very good idea of the kind of person I want, but I can't fully descirbe. (I will accept near anyone atm).

Also, I have no hesitations about hiring someone who is say 14, as I myself am a teenager. Although I have a successful freelance system, so I'm not the teenage cowboy which people think of.

Also, I want somebody who is more of a pal, not a 'We can help you in our project' group of programmers. You must also understand this would be business like, and although I like to have a laugh, we would have to work, not chat all the time on MSN whilst I'm trying to work, e.t.c.

Oh! Pay! I would pay you by job, depending on how much I am getting paid, and how much work you do. It's very negotiable.



* I have a favourite quote "just because I haven't learnt yet, it doesn't mean I don't know. If you don't know how to do this yet, provided you can find out, I don't really mind. The only exception is PHP & MySQL (and a paypal account).

I'd love to do it... as soon as I get a paypal account which should be any day now. The only problem is that I don't have much freedom - my parents push me around a lot, making me go here and there, which means that I have plenty of time, just not always an opportunity to use it. I could probably do the smaller jobs in an hour or so whenever needed... I know english (obviously) and quite a bit of russian (though I'd have to spell out the words in english), and my time zone is EST (gmt-5 i think).
