Need Help with some redesign and order form

I have a website rdphotoworks.com that I just published. I am very new at this and the website still needs a lot of work. I need to complete the site soon and need some help to get it doable. I am most intersested in getting the order form complete.

I am not really in a position to pay much or for a whole new design. I'm aware it isn't the best but I can only do what I can do.

Nobody is ripping anyone off or taking advantage of anyone.

$5 is undercutting everyone else, and undermining quality work for a reasonable price.

hmm php is a well knowed language used by millions of site, php is also not a language that you learn in 3 days ( unlike html ) if you think that the time that you have spent learning php was not that valiable, then im guessing that you are rich and have nothing else to do. no one rips no one off everything is approved according by what the selected user and the buyer agreed on.. now i really wish you well on finding projects for $5.00, as i am sure soon, if you keep it up you will ask your self questions like ( "damn this is taking me a while to figure out and for $5.00 to ) crackhead deal. ( sorry just hade to let it out, because every programmer has to eat to, newbies or advanced doesnt matter ) users like you should be spanked

Yeh have to agree there, $5 is a bit of a joke lol. But whilst Im posting if you are still interested then I can do the job as soon as possible. I can guarantee a very good quality of work and still try to get you the best price.

This $5 probably (not definately) does cut corners when coding, if he is going to cut prices that much.
