Need PHP MYSQL Programmer Reasonable rates
Hi,

I have a albinator based website that contains over 20,000 different images in it. This website is for maintance of these photos and it works well for that use.

I want a site that would use this MYSQL database and the associated data files to server out a more consumer based website- quite intensive.

Big hopes, little budget, so I would need someone with a great sense of design, and strong programing skills who can provide me first with refference sites that they've done, and who could then provide me with firm quote for the finished product, so I know exactly what it would cost me.
