Need Playing Time Counter Application
I need an aplication built that would keep track of playing time. Program will track the ice time of hockey players. Needs to be able to keep track of players ice time by period, Short Handed, and power play time. Once game is complete will need to be able to generate reports.
Additional tracking info: Face Offs Hits Possession send me an email and I will provide more details. Also let me know what would be best to develop this in. Im thinking VB. mlongver@hotmail.com

Could it be done in flash?
Question?: Could this be done using flash? If so could this work offline if flash file was downloaded to a laptop?
