Need programmer fast project

hello im new to this forums this program i need is for fun more than anything else i want to be able to edit some 3d structures found on the game "Pro Evolution Soccer 4" from konami on the xbox, stadiums mainly, there are some forums of a lot of people making mods for the game but nobody has been able to edit structures only textures you can find some of this info on http://forums.evo-web.co.uk/ but you will have to register so see, if anyone is interested let me know i can pay paypal
i can provide any help you may need providing the files needed to edit, samples of what i want or some of the programs already made for the textures there is already some people moding structures but only with a hex editor from what i heard is very difficult and takes a lot of time i want something simple,fast and easy to use.
