Talking Need Reliable Programmer
I have a website that needs a php programmer. First guy I hired and paid in full didn't complete it... and left still owing me 7 paid hours. The second guy that I found - actually from this forum was all ready to go and then 'fell off the face of the internet'.

Needless to say I'm frustrated and would just like to have the site up and operating.

I have NO programming skills, so I need someone who can do the coding so that if I need to make changes I can do so through Frontpage (sorry... I know that's a BIG no-no in the "programmer world", but like I said I'm not one so I have to use the idiot WYSIWYG method ).

Communication skills are key.

Please send me your rates I would like to start working with someone reliable pronto... like yesterday!
