need script writer for sending ringtones over net
I need a script that will allow an online user to select a ringtone at my commercial site and send it to his individual cell phone. Knowledge of the sound file format requirements of the various cell phone makers would be very helpful. I am looking for a programmer who can write this script and work with our web designer to integrate this capability into the site.

Are these ployphonic ringtones and what format(s) are they in. Does this include converting the ringtones or just utilizing SMS or MMS is sending the ringtones?

It can be done using WAP

We have done website www.neoskyy.com. This site has similar functionalities to your requirements. We send the different formats of ringtones to WAP mobiles using WAP gateway. This site we did in ASP.NET and database MS SQL Server
