Needed Enterprise Monitoring Engineer

Location: Alexandria, VA
Candidate need to be Green Card Holder /US Citizen
General Description:
Participate as a liaison between the Enterprise Monitoring Team and
The Internet Engineering Team. Specific duties include:
· Creating the requirements for application and web server monitors;
· Develop monitors for all of the applications and web servers
supported by IE;
· Integrate selected existing monitors into the new Netcool
monitoring system;
· Provide production support functions on all developed and
integrated systems.

Requirements
· BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
(desired).
· Strong WebLogic Administration experience as well as general Web
Server and Netcool experience.
· High level of interpersonal, communication (verbal and written)
and negotiation skills.

Technical Skill Requirements:
· Programming and scripting:
· Java JDK 1.4
· BEA/WebLogic 6.x or 7.x, J2EE
· JSP, Servlets, Tag Libraries
· HTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript
· Solaris 2.6 or Solaris 8
