"OCR"[c++]"Bot"[java]*WANTED*

I'm looking to have a "scriptable" game bot created. The programmer would require advanced knowledge in java, C++ and php. I have examples of exactly what I want in the bot. I'm also looking for a program to be made that's like an "OCR". I also have an example of that. The OCR and bot would both need a authorization system integrated into the program that use‘s something like a PHP type authorization system. The OCR needs to read words on the screen or a .bmp image and also type the words into the game window.
