offshoring
looking to establish a programming base of operations in either India, Russia however will consider other viable locations.

Will require devoted team leader serving as relaible partner for such matters with a team of at least 3 programmers.

Programming team must be capable of maintaining websites, and creating games for cell phones (Java, Brew), PC's, Xbox2, and PS3. other skills clearly a plus.

Our main concern is establishing a reliable programming team.

Upon serious replies we will discuss further.

The developers participated in the projects of

Those are big companies and if you contact the management
directly you will be presented with big figures for development to keep them happy.
