Short Description:
Responsible for formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop and modify moderately complex information systems.
Complete Description:
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities. Must understand basic IT architectural/infrastructural concepts. May use CASE tools. Must be able to prepare information for project presentations.
Behavior Characteristics:
Need to be able to take existing projects and incorporate a unified, comprehensive scheduling system for clinics using Cold Fusion.

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
Experience in analysis/design/project management/programming. Additional re Required 3 Years

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Required

Cold Fusion and related development tools Required 2 Years
