Permanent PHP mySQL Developer wanted

Hi,

We have gradually built up a fabulous reputation and now have a lot of work lined up, too much in fact - thats where you come in, would you like to work with our small team of developers, mostly me actually as I help to manage projects doing all the close liason with clients and work closely with you to achieve the desired results.

We can go 50/50 on all work, some projects are amazingly well paid whilst others are a bit low, called taking the rough with the smooth but our commitment to quality never deviates, we are a hosting company, domain registrants and have on call ability to get help internally from more advanced coders. wherever we might need it.

I'm not bothered by age or where your from or anything, I'm certainly looking for diligence and commitment to a project, someone that doesn't mind working long hours to finish a project or deadline and that is in permanent available communication via preferably yahoo, msn. and also someone that doesnt take all day to return a simple text on chat, just normal everyday chat and lets get the job done would be great.

I am based in UK.

Please email me at ian@xocet.com and lets see what happens.

Thank you very much for your time and reading this thread.

Ian H xocet.

ps. I really really would appreciate only genuine non time waster replies please, thx.
