Photoshop/CGI programmer needed

I am in need of a good programmer.
The program I am working on involves the creation of a Photoshop plugin that let users publish pix online. It also needs to upload and configure a CGI that will do shopping cart type of function.
I havethe shopping cart code written, might need to be translated.
As I do some programming myself, I expect the project to last 2 or 3 weeks of time at the most. There will be updates and new releases in a later time.
