In order for you to provide us with an accurate quote and ETA here are some more info about our requirements, description of the project and specification:

- In order to develop a fast and reliable application we may purchase a script such as http://www.the-best-real-estate.com/ that will be integrated in the website but will need some improvements to fit our client's request.



- Companies/freelancers should have at least one experience developing a real-estate related website (not required but highly appreciated)



- Companies/freelancers should have experience with PHP/MySQL, CSS2(will be needed for SEO purpose), and if possible Mod-rewrite (for SEO again)



- Companies/freelancers should be able to provide us with portfolios (please no broken links or under development sites) and proof of work with US companies THAT WE CAN eventually CONTACT.(We will only ask them if they would recommend you for our project)





- Companies/freelancers should be able to provide at least 30 days guaranty on this application



- In addition we may outsource with the chosen company the design part of the site



- All instructions for design will be given by our design consultant and should be respected



- All instructions for SEO will be given be one of our SEO consultant



- We should be able to contact the chosen Company/freelancer at given time for checkpoint conference calls



- A preview of the project should be available online, we will provide disk space, FTP access, database admin if necessary
