PHP-DB - Image based Php/database/ecommerce site needs guru

This is a paying job. I have some experience with Db's and php but I will need to focus on other site needs so I'm not 100% sure of everything involved in creating what is needed, so price and time will need to be discussed.

Basically the site will work around a serious of images that once the final selection is made, the DB will send the product info to the cart.

I'll explain more to interested paries.
