PHP Developer required Auckland, NZ

Hi All,

We are looking for a full-time PHP developer in Auckland, NZ to work on an ongoing project we are developing.

Details below, please PM or email if interested.

Regards,

Harvey / Sadu.

PHP Developer Required for work on PHP based Project/Time Management
Product in Auckland Central.

We have a PHP/MySQL based timesheet & project management solution, and
our application needs continuous enhancements and development to expand
into new sectors and ongoing customisation for existing clients. We need
YOU to develop for US.

You will be working in a team environment and will need to have
experiece as a PHP/MySQL developer for 2+ years, you will have native speaker
or excellent english literacy and communication skills as you
will be needing to meet customers and install/upgrade client sites. For
this reason you should also have a pleasant demeanor and appearance. A
methodical thinker with a quality approach is preferred over technical
genius ( we would prefer a well tested system that works and doesn't
corrupt client data, vs a highly abstracted OOP system demonstrating
polymorphism etc! ). If you can demonstrate use of object oriented
approaches, well commented code, and a clean structured approach, you
will have the skills we are looking for.

You will be working on a variety of platforms, and be able to use (or
learn) a variety of additional libraries such as JpGraph, FPDF, PEAR
etc. This position presents an excellent opportunity for any PHP
developer, as you get to work on an extremely interesting system, quite
unlike the usual "product database website" that permeates the PHP Web
Programmer hell.

The job will require the occasional day trips (flying, not driving!)
round the country as and if required. Support is provided in terms of
documentation and extra PHP development resource when there is a lot on.
Stability is a must, we want someone to help us take this product on to
the world market and who is aiming to be with us for a long time.

Please send CV, along with URLs to existing work and examples of your
code to mike at pdfcomm dot co dot nz

Renumeration will be negotiable, depending on the individual.
