php/mysql developer

We are overworked and need some help. We are looking for someone who knows their stuff. I am even willing to train (to a certain extent). We are in need of someone with solid PHP / MySQL skills.

Relevant URL's a must.

Not neccessary but definitely favorable:

PDFLib
GDLib
Flash-understanding of dynamic content and OO-style scripting
MySQL-concepts such as normalization and relational tables
*NIX-never hurts to know the machine
PHP-classes
Smarty-we use Smarty very heavily-very easy to learn
Copywriting skills are nice.
Graphics experience does not hurt either.

We are in Houston, TX, USA. (Next door to NASA)
We have been here since '96 (we also do networking, print media and television production)
We are primarily looking for someone in the area who is able to work on-site, off-site will be considered for the right person, though.
