Thumbs up Php/MySQL developer needed

I need a Php/MySQL developer to do this for me...

1. Write the "tell-a-friend" form processor. (Invitation mail is sent to a friend's email entered).

2. Write the "Advertisement entry page" (user inputs his advertisement description and data will be forwarded to the site administrator).

3. Write the "join our street team" form processor. (User inputs personal details and the data will be forwarded to the system admin, (stored in a database)).

4. Implement the search page. (Visitors should be able to search for news, features etc).

5. Set up a bulletin message board (VBulletin) that should match the site's outlook.

6. News entry interface and retrieval system. I should be able to add news / (news headlines which will be displayed on several navigation menu of different pages.) Users should be able to retrieve the news by selecting a month and year from the interface.

7. Conversions of every ".html" page extension to ".php" page.

8. Programmer should be willing to complete that in a very reasonable period of time, like within a week.

9. I will be availabe to help you online.

10. The website is 15 finished html pages with completed graphics. Apart from the Index page, every other secondary page uses the same template.

Propose your very fair bid and I'll see is it is nay or yay

p.s it will be cool if you show me your previous work so I'll know what you are capable of.

Should you be interested, email me at mclifford82@hotmail.com or pm me here.
