PHP/MySQL Developer Wanted for Rating Site

We're looking for MySQL / PHP Web developers with good code practice, create classes/functions, use of variables ?page=rate etc required. Must develope localy (apache) and must be accessable from the internet at all times during development.

Job description:
Developer must make seperate files and include them into the main index what, keeping in mind the key is to keep performance very high page times not exceeding 1 second on any page.

We need a system that allows a person to join upload 1 of his/her photos, and then the general public can rate based on their preferences 1-10 of each photo randomly displayed on the main page. The member can then see his/her statistics in a graph for that week, and then basic stats for each month of 1 year, we need this to be done without wasting mysql table size so think hard here.

We're also lookin for web designers skilled in flash, graphics, logos, templates, css. (you will recieve about $200 (£110) for a good design and complete graphics icons etc, additionaly £50 if really good and we can concider to ask you to help out with future graphics).

Job position is open, Payment for programmer is based on a percentage of profit (30%)

Expected profit from Adsense is around $100 per day, so you'd get about 30$ per day if all goes well... somewhere around $900 (£500~).
