I might be interrested in something? are you looking for a software only solution or would there be hardware involved as well (keycards, scanners, door scanners, key programmers etc.)

Would this be a single machine single user system? Or would we have to worry about multiple clerks on multiple machines accessing the same data at the same time. Would users need online access so people can access a room and reserve it online, or would this be strictly an internal system?
