PHP/MySQL programmer needed

We are developing an overseas auto shipping program which will be used to automate most of the customer quote requests and shipping orders. The program will be linked to the company's website, and the program must handle quote requests received by phone or from the website, and the same applies for placing shipping orders. The program must also handle direct online payment processing. The program will be installed on the company's web server for internal use, and must provide access to staff to work remotely from home.

Most of the major functionality of project must be completed by the end of May, 2004. The actual design of the program interface is complete, and we already have a part-time programmer setting up the server and the database, but we need an experienced programmer in PHP/MySQL who has the flexible time to do the programming. We prefer you're located in San Diego, because of the deadline.
