PHP Order Display Script (was "Help")

i might be only 3 days into mysql/php but i know this next step is far beyond my skills.

i have an existing database created from an order form.
i would like to give users access to see thier data securly. ive read alot of your threads with 'sessions'. and that looks to be the best method.

would someone create me a sample script.
where each login is "email"
the passwords is the "password" feild
then it takes them to a page to view thier data based on the field in the database as "order_id"

id like it to not allow anyone to see anouthers data 'sessions' are not needed but would be prefered.

Garry
p.s. i have a few paypal dollars to the guy that can spend some time on this.
