php programmer for small catalog project

I need a php programmer for a small catalog project. Requires knowledge of mySQL. Will require initial quote and timeframe.

man no matter how simple a project may be, don't you think $4/hr is being a little too harsh on yourself?

You need to consider the exchange rate as well. However, I'd be happy to pay a programmer fee that is fair and reasonable if we can get quality work.

Please PM me if you are interested. I am discussing with a programmer already but it if falls through, I'd like to be able to speak to you.

Yes it's true. Our outsourcing companies take $10-$20 per hour but $4 is ratreh good for individual developers
