phpBB and php talent needed

I need a programmer with direct experience with phpBB, photoshop, etc.

No hacks... (I had one of those. no offense)

Details:

On a fresh install of phpBB, MySQL, etc (I'll do that)

custom skin (or modified one that is nice)
custom header banner that
- rotates two pics on either side of title
- pics are pulled from a plain directory at random
- pics are the same size, etc
- title is a pic is in the center
- title pics are pulled from the a directory so they can rotate
- below the header I want banner space (easy..)
- banners will come from a banner server - phpadnews (I can copy and paste the ad code... I just need the space made available
- multiple signatures (See the website... you can improve the existing code if you want (up to you). It works but has a few bugs like it is not in PMs, and there is an bug when you edit a post... it sets the sig back to the first one -- not the one originally chosen, and if an admin edits a post the edited post uses the admins sig. I can explain it all better later. It should be easy to fix up.)

Note: The just one title and two pics are needed. I want the ability to add more. I'll provide the photo stock... I'll just need the psd's from you.


Able to integrate Gallery into phpBB (I'll install it)

- skin Gallery to look like the phpBB skin (Gallery is template-able)
- able to use phpBB user/passwords
- the header, ad space and title are the same as phpBB from above
- links in phpBB to see the users gallery


splash page
- same title and pic properties from above
below that:
- latest ten or so threads (admin console selectable)
- shows the forum it was posted in
- excluding any from private forums... or make this admin console selectable, so stupid forums are not on the splash page
- show the user that posted
- show the original post text
- show the number of views and posts that particular thread has had.


I pay by paypal with good hard earned money. Even better - I appreciate good work.
I have been burned a few times and I don't want to be burned again.

After this site is done. I'll need another... actually 3 more sites done.

Another that is a Miva Merchant skin.

And one that is a phpBB forums and sales website.

Not to mention the site updates, and mods for the site above.

I'd really like to use the same team on all of them. But, the first will be http://ww.fastfreaks.com.

Programmer Requirements:
Must have a portfolio... a small one is okay - I just want to see what you are capable of.
Must be in America. (Yes, I got burned)
Must be available from time to time to talk on the phone (it is easier to explain what I want).
Primary communication can be done through iChat, AOL IM or ICQ.
I want a long term comfortable relationship with a programmer that produces results.

If I don't find a programmer here... I am calling wirestone. It is either a talented individual from here - or the money goes to them.
