again I ask wtf does this have to do with freedom of speech? I've asked this about 3 times so far and never have you given a response, freedom of speech is not what you are doing, if you were giving your mind on say what you thought about the elections and we edited that then yes that would be hindering your right to freedom of speech, but what we are doing here is NOT that, we are preventing you from spamming your site. Is that wrong? Did you see that article about the spammer that got 9 years for spamming well guess what's coming to you....

it is you guys who need to tell me for what purpose you guys are so fond of obfuscating my message? this is the only post you haven't deleted or closed. how could you categorize this single post anywhere close to spam? tell me and readers. explain your dirty behavior with some depth please so we can get some entertainment.

I think if you look carefully, its obvious that devshed is on our side. You seem pretty desperate to spend a whole day spamming and registering avoiding our forums just to get your link seen by a few users who will disregard it. Devshed must have something you really want. Just like all the other sites we can find by searching for your name on google you seem to have "left your mark" on.
Whose dirty behaviour and secrets do you want us to describe?

We are using open forums fairly and with only 2 or 3 cases get banned ( 0.2%-0.3% ). That is what i mean fair use. how come the same amount of posts are regarded spam here? you need to tell me that. It is your guys who are desperate at banning my accounts, on average my account could only live for 2 or 3 minutes before got banned. if i was spamming like you said, i would have been banned by the majority of forums. It is time for your guys to do some little soul searching and try find your last grain of integrity.

when someone creates over 10 names and keeps posting thats assult brother. thats way beyond spamming

1. You mention freedom of speech. Where did you get this notion that you have the right to freedom of speech on this board? If you think the Bill of Rights gave it to you, look again. The bill of rights (and the entire Constitution) apply only to government agencies and government-affiliated agencies. DevShed is most definitely not government-affiliated, so the free speech does not apply.

2. The moderators are just that, moderators. They are allowed to exercise their own discretion when it comes to moderating posts, and I can hardly argue with their actions here and in regard to previous posts.

3. If you had read the stickies, you would notice that it specifically instructs you to only post a single thread in either "Hire a Programmer" OR "Project Help Wanted" - anything above that 1-thread limit is justifiably catagorized as spam. Posting outside of those two forums even moreso.

You might notice that I'm not a moderator, and I can tell you that most of the other non-moderators on this board will agree with me when I say that what the mods have done is perfectly understandable. I personally take offense at the fact that you would so blatantly assume that your selfish opinions represent the community.

has anyone said they thread itself is spam? we left it because it's ONE post in ONE forum and NOT any more, therefore it's not considerd spam, show me where we said this one thread is spam?

we are simply pointing out to other users what you did after you got removed for not following the rules

if I were you I'd simply forget it and try to get back to my life, but appently you don't want to just drop it, if you weren't to keep answering back this topic would drop, but you keep aruging the same point over and over.

read what deltacoder wrote we are in no way hindering your freedom of speech, so follow the rules and you'll be left alone, don't follow them and you'll get banned and/or have your post edited

Have a simple look over this forum, you could find about 20% of posts are labeled as banned. there is only one explaination for that, mods who are too self-important and too abusive. You guys impressed me. nice job devilshed.

Hey guys, what are you trying to prove now? That you have more patience or determination to keep arguing with lionel? To keep replying to his every post? That's ridiculous, because you can't beat him when it comes to determination, he's registered on almost every freaking forum I googled so far and posted the same thing. Poor guy... filling out all those forms...

To me, the matter is quite simple: if the rules say no spamming, then no spamming it is. You and other moderators and admins know what they are, no need to debate on all that. If someone wants to complain, write to the owners or something... In this case, it won't help and everyone know why. If someone does spamming, do whatever you can to stop it, but these long debates about who's right & wrong are unnecessary. Unless you realy wanna increase your post count...

This guy is spamming all over the internet. I did a little bit of research about him, so unless he faked all the data (which he is IMHO not intelligent enough to do):

Other information from google about this address identified a person called "Élodie Suso" who is writing in French.

Here we have the first traces back to a western country where he and his helpers can be taken to court.

You read that the spammer "Jeremy Jaines" was arrested for 9 years? URL

We did not get in contact with Mr./Mrs Suso yet, but somebody should send his lawyers after him/her. Technically, (s)he is helping the spammer and it should be possible to start investigation based on that.

SpamHaus, a non-profit anti spam organization, needs help to complete their legal fund. If you want organizations like them to exist in the future and help everybody get rid of spammers like Lionel, donate a few dollars.
