Our point is by let programmer dealing directly with employer, they have nothing to lose or get ripped off by others sites where they are charged for membership fee or charged with hefty commission.

The site doesn't do the work. So we can't be hold responsible for the things done by the people you hire through our site. We don't have any affiliation with our members, nor do we profit from our service. We are basically trying to provide a compeltely free short-term/contract job listing site. This individual is indeed spamming the boards. In short, he's spamming because he's mad that we won't let him spam.

He's already been warned that his spams will be pointed out each time he posts them, since he keeps reregistering and flooding the board under proxy. Obviously, it's working and people are noticing that his disruptive behavior is impacting everyone else's use of the boards.

I would hope anyone who would consider doing business with this individual would take his behavior into consideration before becoming involved with him.

All the little moderators here can do is deleting competitor's post and they are still disturbingly proud of their behavior. Readers are the judge. Sometime you just can't believe how many scambag moderators are here.

Don't have the right? We are mods and the admins who OWN the server and site have given us that right, we are in no way hinder your "freedom of speech" we are simply following the board rules, which you appear not to like. If you don't like it why do you keep posting back here?

What did you guys do to his previous usernames? Disabled them? Do you usually ban the spammers?

He has 40+ other usernames which I and the other moderators have all banned. He's probably made at least 50 threads now (most of which have been deleted) all advertising the same company.

If someone is browsing this thread seriously considering using **********, please also consider the arguments raised here.

why whould i spam someone that i disdain? truth is devshed sent about 50 emails spam to me yesterday. they stopped doing it after i told them that i have a 1GB mailbox. before that there was <10 email exchanges between devshed moderators and me. Devshed moderators/spammer now have the shame to call me spammer?

BTW when you mention that i have many accounts why don't you going into a little detail by informing us that it is all registered in a 4 or 5 hours campaign to defend my freedom of speeach right? Are you kidding me? Theres two kinds of advertisement. Positive and Negative. You just making a bad name for yourself and your website. And Dev-Shed has many Moderators that have access to your IP. All they have to do is get your IP, whois, then contact your ISP with proof of you breaking the rules here. I suggest you get paid advertisement and stop insulting the moderators.
