Red face Price Quote (CSS Coding)
Looking for a quote to convert a current website from HTML. To XHTML/CSS.

Must be a compitant css coder as the design will eventualll be merged with a CMS system such as Joomla. So the website needs to follow some basic requirements.

Scale-able : The website must be able to expand with the content without disfiguring the design.

Footer : The footer must always remain at the bottom of the page, regardless of how small the content of the page actually is.. Same goes for the rest of the design it must fit the page, rather than shrink to the content.
