I need someone who is willing to write a progrm for me. This will be a somewhat complex program that is heavy on database use. Any one willing to tackle, please respond with some price quotes.

Thank you for all the replies. I am still open to all who are willing. I am currently compiling a list of features that need to be included in this program. I am also working with others in the field this program would be used to see what others, like me, would like to see. Here is the jist of what I am looking for so far.
I think I made the mistake of saying i needed several databases', i guess that is not what i need at all. I guess i just need several tables within a database. I want a stand alone program, NOT ACCESS. several user levels, optional add-ons, an optional web based access, and a hardware lock. from what i've heard, it's the hardware lock that is the biggest problem. looks like I will still be a while before all the details a ready, as I have had slow responce from others that I am consulting.
