Programmer needed for website

Hello,

I need a coder to help me set up a web site. I am using imhosted.com, which has phpwebsite and phpnuke installs already set up if that would help.

I'd first like a site set up like the following:

http://www.nineteeneleven.org

with the emphasis being on form, ease of function, and security levels of superuser, news reporters, and users. This is relatively easy I realize, and I am *more* then happy to negotiate and give all credit where it is due.

Once the core site is up, I would then like to incorporate the type of functionality seen here:

http://www.esreality.com/?a=fixtures
