Programmer(s) Needed (details inside)

I am looking for a programmer profecient in web design (HTML, PHP, some form of image software, etc.) and programmer(s) who know how to make an application (rather complex one) for Windows. Project is opensource, but money may be involved if the project gains popularity. I'll need reliable people who are willing to work.

What the project actually is, what people will be required to do, how long its likely to last, if the project takes off, what sort of monetary compensation to expect, whos gonna get credit for it, where its hosted, are YOU making money off it

The project is an application that will allow users to perform various internet tasks such as setting up a web site, designing a site (like a text editor), etc, etc. The web designers will be required to design and maintain our site (I really only need one) and the programmers will write the code for it. The project will last depending on it's sucess. If we get some users and promote it properly, probably a few years or so. If it doesn't receive much popularity, then until all the team members feel it ok to shut down. If the project does indeed take off, my plan will be to offer the software for free and for a paid version (the paid version being better with more features, etc.), and that money will go to the developers. All those who contributed to the project will receive full credit, and the copyright will go to the group as a whole and not me. I am currently setting up the site for it, so after it's registered, I'll be needing a web designer. And I will make money off of it only when the rest of the group makes money as well.

I have experience in management, so trust me, I know what I am doing in both fields (opensource and closed source).

I'm fairly profficient in graphics (GIMP),
I'll do what I can in that area, but that's about as far as I can go atm, because I'm working on stuff.

I don't get it, Do you want to develop a program like Dreamweaver or something similar.

he said its an open source project and if it takes off, he'll split the donations evenly between the devs.

Ive contacted him via AIM and the project is sort of like a mix of everything the average user does, email, web browsing etc. but not limited to only those areas.
